Upgrade Policy    

Every DATAQWEST TECHNOLOGIES purchase includes free upgrades of minor updates. For example, if you have purchased version 2.0, all the further versions numbered 2.x will be available free of charge.

In addition, you can upgrade at a discounted 40% off the prevailing retail price when the next major version (3.0, 4.0, etc.) of software you have previously purchased a license for is released. In the event a major version is released within 90 days from your purchase, you are entitled to a free upgrade.

Rollback Procedures (from a newer version to previous one)    

  1. Open the Windows 'Control Panel'.
  2. Select 'Add or Remove Programs'.
  3. Navigate to MDB Artisan and click the 'Change/Remove' button to launch the Uninstall Wizard.
  4. When prompted to 'Select Uninstall Method', choose "Automatic".
  5. Finally, when prompted to 'Perform Rollback', be sure to select "YES"

You may need to re-start your computer for the changes to take effect.
